Constipation can be an indication that you’re experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction and it can also make other pelvic floor related issues (like incontinence and pain with penetration) worse.

Good news: movement can help a lot!

In this workshop, you'll, 

  • learn basic pelvic floor and digestive anatomy to help understand WHY you might experience chronic constipation, 
  • practice simple stretches and self-massage techniques to aide easeful elimination
  • learn breathing practices and practical postural tips you can use daily to help with more regular flow, 
  • receive a daily plan to follow to help long term.
