Constipation can be an indication that you’re experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction and it can also make other pelvic floor related issues (like incontinence and pain with penetration) worse.

In this workshop, you'll,
- learn basic pelvic floor and digestive anatomy to help understand WHY you might experience chronic constipation,
- practice simple stretches and self-massage techniques to aide easeful elimination,
- learn breathing practices and practical postural tips you can use daily to help with more regular flow.
